01
One point of contact
You deal with the people doing the work. No account layer, no relay between the brief and the build, no rediscovering the context at every meeting.
02
Lower overheads than an agency
We are small and we intend to stay that way. Budgets go into the work rather than into an office and a headcount, which usually means more delivered for the same figure.
03
Clear scoping, transparent pricing
We scope in writing before we quote: deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and what is out of scope. Fixed price where the scope is stable, day rate where it genuinely is not, and no surprise invoices.
04
Agile and flexible
Short cycles, working versions early, and a written record of decisions. Priorities can change — we would rather re-plan openly than protect a plan that has stopped being true.
05
Consistency end to end
The same team from first brainstorm to handover, so the thinking behind a decision survives all the way to delivery. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor without telling you.
06
Safeguarding-led, protected by design
Safeguarding and data protection are part of the first architecture conversation. We work to UK GDPR, complete the security and DPIA paperwork buyers need, and hand over documentation, source and assets at the end.
