Enquiry form

Describe the problem. A sentence is enough to start.

Fill this in and your own email app opens with the details drafted, ready to send. Nothing is collected or stored by this website — it is simply a faster way to write us a useful first email.

What to include in your first message

None of this is required — a single paragraph is fine. But the more of it you include, the more useful our first reply will be, and the fewer rounds of email it takes to get to a scope.

  • What you are trying to change, in a sentence or two — the outcome, not the solution.
  • Who it is for: staff, customers, drivers, residents, pupils, service users, or a specific cohort.
  • Which organisation you are writing on behalf of, and your role in the decision.
  • Roughly when you need it — a term, a quarter, a funding deadline, or “exploring”.
  • Whether there is a budget envelope, even a wide one. It changes what we recommend, and we will say if it is not enough.
  • Anything already in place: an existing supplier, a strategy document, a pilot that did or did not work.
  • How you buy: direct award, quotation, tender, or you are not sure yet.

03 What to write about04 routes

Four things people email us about

01

Bespoke build enquiries

Software, websites, apps and Microsoft business solutions — stock, logistics, bookings, quoting, internal tools. A rough scope, timeline and budget range saves everyone a round of email, but a plain description of the problem is enough.
02

Partnerships & commissioning

Local authorities, violence reduction partnerships, transport bodies, health services and charities looking at prevention work or pilots.
03

Schools & training bookings

Workshops for pupils, staff INSET, or multi-week programmes in schools, colleges, youth services and community settings.
04

Press & media

Comment on online harms, AI risk and technology-facilitated abuse. Please include your deadline in the first email.
04 How to engage usProcurement

If you need to put us through procurement

Buying from an independent studio should be as straightforward as buying from a large agency. Here is what we can provide and how the process usually runs. The full delivery method is on the delivery page, and our safeguarding, data-protection and social-value commitments are on the standards page.

First step
One email, or the short form on this page. No discovery call you have to book three weeks out, and no qualification process.
Routes to award
Direct award, written quotation, or your own competitive process — whichever your standing orders require. Most engagements run through direct award below threshold or written quotation, and we are set up to respond to a formal tender where you need one.
Before any quote
A written scope covering deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timeline and what is out of scope.
Standards
Safeguarding-led delivery, UK GDPR and data protection by design, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility as standard.
Who you deal with
The people doing the work. No account layer between the brief and the build.
